Certain TempleCorp applications integrate with Google APIs. Use of those features is additionally governed by the Google Terms of Service. TempleCorp's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TempleCorp, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — our applications, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Collin County, Texas.
