Our applications may request read access to the following Google account data, depending on the specific application:

• Google Calendar events (read-only) — used to display calendar data on personal dashboards
• Basic profile information (name, email) — used solely to identify the authenticated user

We only request the minimum permissions required to deliver the application's functionality.

3. How We Use Your Data

Data accessed through Google APIs is used exclusively for the following purposes:

• Displaying your calendar events on a personal dashboard or display device
• Authenticating your identity to authorize access to the application

We do not sell, share, transfer, or use your data for advertising, analytics, or any purpose beyond the application's stated functionality.

4. Data Storage and Retention

Access tokens obtained through OAuth are stored locally on your own device or server and are not transmitted to or stored on any TempleCorp-controlled server. Calendar event data is fetched at runtime and is not persistently stored beyond the application's local cache. You can revoke access at any time through your Google Account permissions page.

5. Third-Party Services

Our applications use the Google Calendar API and Google OAuth 2.0. Your use of Google services is governed by Google's Privacy Policy. We comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

6. Children's Privacy

Our applications are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our applications after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
